Combat Flip Flops provides the most m’fn bad ass lifetime warranty for flip flops and shoes against manufacturing defects. If you've worn them out, we'll ask that you buy another pair. If our gear fell apart due to something made incorrectly, we will replace it.
This warranty is only valid for the original owner and does not extend to any third parties.
WHAT IS COVERED
If your products have material defects, manufacturing defects or issues with workmanship we will get you sorted ASAP.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Your dog chewing on them
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use or storage, or damage caused by intentional or unintentional abuse, neglect, or accident
- Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items
- Surface rips or abrasions caused by normal wear and tear.

My first pair arrived in perfect condition but, even after several days of “trying” to make my left Flop fit, it was simply too tight. I emailed customer service and “The Dude” responded.
Within a few days, I had a brand new pair to Floperate around on ! These both fit perfect !
Floperating around Tucson, AZ on a 105deg day is comfy now ! I even have a retired Navy SEAL friend turned on to Ya’ll .. 😎🇺🇸
Great Job Combat.
So I bought a pair of these Floperators very early in the existence of the company. The soles began to separate from the foot bed. A few emails and photos, and boom new pair arrived quickly!! Absolutely no complaints!!
Sturdy flip flops. The nylon toe separator on each flop tears my second toe up causing toe irritation and blisters. My REEF flip flops never did that.
Please hit up customer service and we'll see about getting you replacements.
Bought 2 pairs of these things. Went to return them to the address it says to return them to ..... Spent $23.70, trying to return them and had them sent back for insufficient address. Don't buy from this company.
Solid chanclas for trails or just kick’n it around town. Great back up footwear to keep in ruck.
