Definitely needed to order a size up, but these are amazing! I love the quality and the fit is very comfortable. I bought these for my girlfriend because I loved the ones she bought me so much and wanted her to have a pair. Customer service is also fantastic.

Darn!

Maybe I hadn't caught something on the description about sizing when I ordered...these were a size too small (I am a consistent 9.) Also the coloring and look was different than what they appeared to be online - they were a dark brown as opposed to cognac, and the shape of the flop/sole seemed different to me too. I wanted to like them and still want to support this company, so will try for something else in the future!
