Combat Flip Flops and Uphill Running partnered to host the #22aDayChallenge.  Started by Air Force Veteran, Chris Eder:

The goal of this challenge is to elevate the social conversation around Veteran suicide rates, as well as destigmatizing PTSD and reframing the benefits of yoga and meditation. Additionally, we are raising funds on behalf of Save A Warrior and Mindful Yoga Therapy

 

22 Straight days of Yoga--ALL CLASSES ARE FREE TO VETERANS.

The Daily Schedule 21 October to 11 November
Monday through Thursday: 7pm PST
Friday: 6am PST
Saturday: 8am PST
Sunday: 9am PST

If you're a non-veteran and would like to participate, we ask that you make a $10 donation to an aligned veteran non-profit.
