Is This Cat Riding a Turtle Click Bait?

This Picture Sucks You In, Right?

First, you see a cat with a piece of pizza on it's head.  Then the turtle. They fly through the sky in awkward harmony.  The cherry on top is the taco.  The picture was perfect before the taco, but this internet genius decided to place a Mexican delight in the paw of an animal without opposable thumbs.  You know what they say, "There is no traffic jam on the extra mile."  As you ponder the mental state of this digital Picasso, the message sets in.

Mind.  Blown.

This mission isn't easy.  Spreading the Stoke involves a lot of teamwork, data consumption, communication, and time in the spotlight.  But it's our job to do show people what's possible, then encourage them to join us.  Morally, it's the right thing to do.  We work to communicate the sustainable impact of persistence, creativity, and respect.  We strive to make this content an enjoyable part of your life--something you want to share with others.

Where am I going with this?

Sit tight my friend.

Of all things birthed on Al Gore's internet, our favorite is The Hater.  The Keyboard Commando.  The Troll.  Synonyms to describe a person that needs a long, hard look at that picture.

Here it is again if you scrolled past it in your browser.

The Combat Flip Flops concept is hard to swallow for some people.

Be nice to others.

Be respectful.

Build relationships from a place of common understanding.

 It causes Cognitive Dissonance.

When that happens, there are three standard responses:

1)  Discredit the Person

2)  Discredit the Idea

3)  Change The Belief System

With transparency, data, and performance, we will strive for #3.  As we launch our Winter Strike, this blog post will be a running data sheet, repository for informative contributions, and location for lively public commentary.  If you have something of value to add in a meaningful way, please comment below with links, videos, and relevant information.  If you're going to contribute in a way that highlights your armored belief system, here's the photo again for reference.

 Enjoy.

Changing the belief system will be the hardest. People are bombarded by media with whatever truths they want to further. People have stopped thinking for themselves. It’s time to stop taking things at face value. Time to start thinking original thoughts and begin questioning why and what when you are faced with someone else’s truth. Not advocating violence or altercations, just live your life with your eyes open. The work that you, Combat Flipflops, are doing should be opening eyes and minds. Keep up the fight. Semper Fi.
